LINDA CARROLL is Branch Manager of the Napa and St. Helena offices of Pacific Union International. She began her career in real estate at Hill & Co in San Francisco in 1984 as a sales associate. In 1988 she got her broker's license and moved in a management position. In 1997 Linda moved to Napa and managed several offices of a small, boutiques firm in Napa Valley, where she remained until August of 2009 when she joined Pacific Union.
In 2000 she became a Director from her region at the state level for the California Association of Realtors and has served on many committees, including the Strategic Planning & Finance Committee and Executive Committee.
MARION HORWITZ - TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
After an extensive career in the airline industry both in the US and in Europe, I entered the industry as an assistant to a "Top Producer in Marin County" in 2002 where I learned the ins and outs of real estate, from marketing a property to handling the escrows. After 5+ plus years as a licensed assistant, I ventured out on my own and created my Transaction Coordination business. I have over the last several years handled escrow transactions for Jim and his clients and am pleased to be a part of his support team and a part of Pacific Union, whose reputation of providing exceptional customer service combined with the highest level of integrity and professionalism is what I so proudly offer.
